Thank you for shopping with Lavish Home, a brand owned and operated by Animtopedia Private Limited.
We take pride in delivering your favorite home décor products safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays beyond our control.

  • Tracking details are sent to your registered email and/or phone once your order is shipped.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply for smaller orders or select regions.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can also track your order by contacting our team at lavishhome007@gmail.com with your order number.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
If you’re unavailable, they may contact you by phone or SMS.
After two failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Delays or Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen courier issues.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

We’ll do our best to help resolve any delivery issues through direct coordination with our courier partners.


7. International Shipping

At present, we ship only within India.
If you wish to place an international order, please contact us at lavishhome007@gmail.com, and we’ll try to assist with a custom solution in the future.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at lavishhome007@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing photos/videos of the package and product

We’ll quickly assess and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Address Changes

To change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at lavishhome007@gmail.com.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address.
