Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be included.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide:

A return shipping label, and
Instructions on how and where to send the item.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at lavishhome007@gmail.com.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Non-returnable & Exception Items

Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please complete the return process for your original purchase.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 7-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
