By initiating a request for purchase, return, refund, or exchange of product(s), you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy without any modification.

Issues with Product Delivery

Did you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, or was your item lost in transit, delivered with missing parts, or simply not to your liking? Don’t worry—our support and operations team at Lavish Home is here to help you in the best possible way. Our goal is to provide excellent products and services.

We recommend shooting a video while unpacking the product, capturing the tax invoice, timestamp, serial number, and outside label. This helps support your claim in case of damage or defects.

Return Policy

Returns of any product are subject to the following terms:

• Return requests can be made based on customer preference, without specific conditions.
• A re-stocking fee of 15% on the invoiced MRP will apply if the product is in good condition.
• Courier charges for returning the product must be borne by the customer unless the product is wrong, damaged, or defective—in which case, Lavish Home will reimburse courier charges.
• Products are subject to quality inspection by Lavish Home before refund approval.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
• Products should be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags, labels, manuals, and invoice copies, within 3 days of raising the request.
• The product should not be installed or altered and must be in intact condition.

• Partial Returns: Allowed for multiple-product orders. However, one product cannot be returned in multiple parts.
• Damaged Returns: Products with internal/external damage, electrical faults, scratches, etc., will not be refunded.
• Upon successful inspection, a credit note (minus 15% restocking fee) will be issued within 7 days, valid for 180 days.
